Today we enable you to create added value by incorporating our granulated nougat and nougat cream into your range of chocolates, ice cream, pastry, etc.
What once started as the reworking of production surpluses is today an important part of our volume.
Nougat as an ingredient. Due to its specific characteristics, nougat behaves as a stable inclusion in any high-fat environment, such as chocolate, fat-based fillings, praline, gianduja, butter cream, etc. Nougat granules offer you a tasty and crunchy added value.
In addition to the conventional range, the granulated nougat is also available:
- certified fair trade (cane sugar, cocoa butter and honey) under FLO ID 24100
- plant based: free of egg and honey
And because of the technical requirements of our customers, our granulates are available in various grain sizes, from fine powder to pieces of >10mm:
When taste is king, your recipe can be enriched with nougat by working with our nougat cream.
This onctuous cream is based on extra finely ground nougat, and is concentrated for an effective dosage of 8 to 10%.
